The more I read about and into the Paleo thing, the more I’m seeing schisms and factions. I’m also realising that since this whole thing has been around a while now, as time goes on it’s evolving because more and more science is being done. Studies coming out and looking at specific elements of these diets and it’s all SO GOOD. For example when I first delved into this I thought the paleo/primal tags were interchangeable but it turns out they are slightly different.

More scientists, doctors and nutritionists get really into this, the more it will get refined and improved through debate and research. People like this guy Chris Masterjohn, PhD student in nutrition at the University of Connecticut and from The Daily Lipid, The Archevore guy Kurt Harris who is a MD, Matt Lalonde a biochemist only just scratch the surface beyond the original gurus.
I’m finding it really exciting.
